Ever wanted to delve a bit further into your physiology and give you a more specific focus on your indoor training?
We’re offering some free interpretation of your data using our home based bike testing developed by our team physiologist Hayden, which is what we use for our coached athletes and those we develop 10 week plans for.
The premise behind these tests is to estimate both a maximal and submaximal figure to help guide your training focuses and determine specific intervals and recovery intensities and ratios.
These would work well as an alternative to your current field test protocols or virtual racing. After you’ve completed the tests and sent us the required data we’ll send you some feedback with recommended sessions and areas to focus on.
